CRUX4D AS ("CRUX4D", "we") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We collect as little as possible and we do not sell it.

What we collect

Enquiry data. When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, company and brief you submit. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the project.

Technical data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request information such as IP address, user agent and requested URL in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not use cookies for profiling.

Legal basis

Enquiry data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to a request you initiated) and, where a project proceeds, performance of a contract. Technical data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for 24 months, after which they are deleted. Project records are retained for as long as Norwegian accounting law requires (currently five years from the end of the financial year).

Who else sees it

We use Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery, and standard business email for correspondence. These providers process data on our instructions under data processing agreements. We do not share your data with anyone else unless legally required to.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or request portability. Write to[email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
